1. How long will it take to get my room E-design?

You will receive your E-Design Presentation via email within 2 weeks from receipt of all required items (questionnaire, contract, payment, room sizes, photos,). All design boards will be emailed in a PDF downloadable and printable file.

2. How can I re-design your property without seeing it or meeting you personally?

To allow me to understand your budget, space, needs and the look and feel you want to achieve, I require you to complete a style and function questionnaire, provide a sketch of precise room measurements and photos.  Also email some inspirational photos you’ve found online or we can also link through a special pinterest board.

3. Can some of my existing furniture pieces be incorporated in the design plan?

Yes! Send some photos and dimensions of the pieces you want to retain and I will incorporate it into the design.

How do I know how much of a budget I will need?

Please be realistic with your budget for the design service, my ability to create something beautiful for you will be determined by your budget. If you want more high end items expect to pay more, No matter your budget, your plan may include items such as a new rug, piece(s) of upholstery, occasional tables, lighting, window treatments and wall decor.

5. Who buys the items on the shopping list?

I will provide you with a shopping list for everything you need for your space however you will order the items. If an item is discontinued please email me and I will review your questionnaire and design in order to find a suitable replacement. Please be aware that MDesign4you is not responsible if a product is discontinued or looks different to that described on vendors website.

6. Will you make changes to my plan if I don’t like something you’ve selected?

Hopefully you will like your designs, however, Yes, I will review the design once and offer replacements

7. Once I have my plan, am I able to ask follow-up questions?

After the receipt of your final E-Design Presentation and re-selection (if needed) our obligations to one another are fulfilled.  However, if you do have additional questions, I can consult with you via email regarding your design for 2 weeks after you receive your e-design.

8. What locations do you offer E-Design services to?

At the moment my Design board’s services and renders are offered throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe only.

9. What if I am not sure about the colour of paint or wallpaper selected?

Please make sure you test out any colours and wallpapers suggested at different times of the day so you can see the colour in different light. Also, most venders offer samples of their fabrics,paints and wallpaper, so I advise that you make use of that service to make sure you are happy with the selection.

10. Are there any rooms that are not included?

With E-design there is always a possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchen is not included in room designs or renders at this moment.
